We’ve had a great summer filled with Kids U camps, and the educational fun isn’t over. Camps continue through the end of July.

Today’s spotlight is on Learning to Lead: Leadership 101, a new camp that will teach rising 7th-12th graders leadership skills they can use throughout their business and personal lives.

The camp focuses on developing leadership skills, characteristics, and traits.

Students also will learn the definition of leadership and its importance, how and why leaders develop, the impacts of leadership, management vs. leadership differences and similarities, and develop their own leadership plan.

The camp will be held July 12-16 (1-4 p.m. each day) in the UT Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Building.

The registration fee is $99; online registration is available.
